You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number.

​

The service is designed and run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe. It cuts our administrative workload and makes it easier for you to register.

​

Alternatively, you can visit reception and complete the paper registration forms in person. ​

What happens next? 

​

Registrations are processed within 3 working days by a member of staff.

​

Once you have been registered, you will receive a text message from the surgery to confirm this and from here, you will be able to request medications and book appointments at the surgery.
