If you require urgent medical attention outside of normal surgery hours please telephone 111 who offer free expert health information and advice 24 hours a day. Your call will be triaged by the call centre and directed to the most appropriate service. For more information visit their website www.nhs.uk/111
For deaf people and those hard of hearing, a TXT service is available on 111.
If English is not your preferred language, you can choose to use a confidential translation service.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999.
Protected Education Teaching Sessions (PETS)
Please note, the practice will close at 12:30pm on the following dates for the practice team to attend PETS:

During this time, you can contact the increased access hub who are able to offer a range of urgent and pre-bookable appointments with a GP or Nurse. They can be contacted on 01772 970009.
Please note, that reception staff working at the hub do not have access to your full medical records and therefore will not be able to answer any questions on referrals, prescriptions or test results.
In the case of a Medical Emergency, please call 999 and if you are in need of Medical Advice, please call 111
